Lucknow: Bringing the traditional flavors and cultural heritage of Purvanchal to Lucknow, Kashiwan Jalpan Bhavan was grandly inaugurated at Sahara Plaza, Patrakarpuram, Gomtinagar. The inauguration ceremony was formally conducted by O. P. Srivastava, MLA, Lucknow East, who cut the ribbon to mark the opening of the establishment.
The event witnessed the gracious presence of several eminent personalities and distinguished citizens of the city. Guests present on the occasion relished a variety of traditional dishes prepared by Kashiwan Jalpan Bhavan and appreciated their quality and authenticity.
The founder of the establishment, Abhishek Singh, shared that Kashiwan Jalpan Bhavan offers authentic Banarasi and Purvanchali delicacies such as kachori, samosa, fara, tamatar chaat, sattu paratha, baati chokha, along with many other traditional dishes.
He emphasized that this initiative aims not only to introduce the authentic taste of Eastern Uttar Pradesh to the people of Lucknow but also to promote the region’s rich culinary culture.
He further added that the institution’s priority is to provide high-quality, hygienic food at affordable prices so that people from all sections of society can enjoy traditional flavors.
